Running a photoshoot for every combination would have meant thousands of studio days, retouching, file renaming: a project out of reach both humanly and financially. Without exhaustive visuals, the e-commerce site only showed a fraction of the real offering.
The goal: let every customer visualize exactly the lamp they were about to order, in the exact color, before purchase. And feed the site with consistent packshots for 100% of the combinations.
From modeling to the AI pipeline
Every piece in the catalog modeled in high fidelity from the product photos and physical samples supplied by Jieldé. Clean topology, exact proportions, manufacturing details respected.
Creating PBR materials for every colorway: gloss paint, matte, special finishes (brushed steel, chrome, hammered copper). Every material visually validated against a physical sample.
Integrated into 3DVue to let customers configure their lamp in real time on the Jieldé website. With augmented reality to visualize the lamp in their own space.
Batch rendering pipeline: a virtual photo studio programmed to automatically render every product × colorway combination. Packshots named, organized and delivered ready for e-commerce integration.
