What goes in, what comes out

You don't need to hand us a turnkey 3D model. In most cases, front, side and top photos are enough. For more complex products (internal mechanisms, technical devices), drawings or CAD files allow millimeter-level precision.

What comes out: a clean 3D model, optimized topology, UV mapped, ready to texture. Ready for the configurator, packshots, augmented reality, and fully editable as your product evolves. The files belong to you, with no hidden license.

Texturing and PBR materials

Why a color isn't enough

A color applies a flat tint. A texture is a 2D image repeated across the surface. A 3D PBR material combines several stacked textures to recreate the exact physical properties of the real material, which is why a metal shines differently from a fabric, even under the same light.

Your physical samples, RAL/Pantone codes or supplier references are translated into 3D materials calibrated to the exact scale. The grain of a fabric stays visible. A brushed metal reflects like the real thing. Wood keeps its grain. That level of detail is what builds trust before a purchase.

The live configurator

Your customers customize, and buy

Once models and materials are ready, they're integrated directly into the 3DVue configurator. Your customers pick a color, a material, a size, and the model updates in real time in the browser, with no plugin, on mobile and desktop alike.

Adding a new colorway to your catalog takes between 24h and 72h, with no changes to your site. Zero shooting for new variants. Updated within hours. And every new colorway becomes available as a photorealistic packshot through our AI pipeline the very next day.

Video game assets

AAA quality,
delivered ready for Unreal and Unity

The same expertise that produces a flawless product configurator applies directly to video games: clean topology, careful UV maps, physically accurate PBR textures. Our models meet the standards of major publishers and outsourcing studios, from an ultra-detailed hero prop to an optimized background prop.

We deliver in FBX, OBJ and GLB with LODs calibrated for Unreal Engine and Unity HDRP. Controlled polycount, strict naming conventions, separated and documented maps. Ready to drop into any pipeline, with no rework on the studio's side.

4 phases, from brief to live configurator

From raw geometry to photorealistic material, every step is produced in-house by our team.

01

Geometric base

We rebuild the exact shape of the product from your drawings or photos. Subdivision, UV mapping, clean topology for real time.

02

PBR texturing

Materials built layer by layer: albedo, normal map, roughness, metalness. Calibrated to the exact scale, tested under multiple lighting setups.

03

Configurator integration

Setup in 3DVue: colors, materials, camera angles, backgrounds. Every variant configured in one place.

04

Packshots and deliverables

Batch renders through our AI pipeline, staged scenes, GLB/OBJ/FBX exports. Full ownership guaranteed at delivery.

PBR · Physically Based Rendering

The layers of a realistic 3D material

Every material is built from several stacked texture maps. It's this combination that makes a 3D model indistinguishable from a product photo.

01
Albedo

The pure color of the material, with no reflections or shadows. It's the base tint before light interacts with the surface.

02
Normal map

Simulates relief on a flat surface with no extra polygons. Lets you render the stitching of a fabric or the scratches on a metal without weighing down the model.

03
Roughness

Defines the level of glossiness zone by zone. White areas are matte, black areas are glossy. This is what distinguishes a polished metal from a brushed one.

04
Metalness

Indicates whether the surface is metallic. A metal reflects its surrounding environment, which a plastic material doesn't. This map governs that distinction.

What we're often asked

Before starting a 3D catalog modeling project.

I only have photos. Is that enough?
Yes, in most cases. We need front, side and top views. For products with internal mechanisms or precise tolerances, technical drawings or CAD files allow millimeter-level accuracy. We'll tell you exactly what we need on the first call.
How long does modeling take?
Between 3 and 10 days depending on product complexity. A simple stool: 3 days. An armchair with stitching, adjustable legs and several colorways: more like 8 to 10 days. For a full catalog, we set a batch schedule during the brief.
Do we own the models?
Yes, absolutely. All files are handed over at delivery in standard market formats (.GLB, .OBJ, .FBX). You can use them on any platform, modify them, or hand them to another vendor. There's no hidden license and no dependency on our infrastructure.
What's the difference between a texture and a 3D material?
A texture is a 2D image repeated across the surface of the model. A 3D PBR material is a set of stacked textures (color, relief, glossiness, metalness) that recreate the exact physical properties of the real material. That's why a 3D fabric has a visible grain and a brushed metal reflects differently from a polished one.
Can I get an entire catalog modeled?
Yes. We work on catalogs of several dozen references. The approach stays the same: full brief, inventory of variants, batch prioritization. Our AI pipeline then generates packshots for every variant consistently, with no shoot needed for each color.
How long to add a new material or color?
Between 24h and 72h depending on complexity. A solid RAL color: 24h. A fabric with a specific grain to scan and calibrate: 48 to 72h. The update appears in the configurator with no changes needed on your site.
Do the models work on mobile and in augmented reality?
Yes. Every model is optimized for the web and tested on mobile, tablet and desktop. Augmented reality (AR) works directly from the browser, with no app to install. GLB is the standard format for AR on iOS and Android.
Can I supply my own fabrics or specific materials?
Yes. Send us your physical samples to scan, your image files (JPG/PNG), your RAL or Pantone codes, or your supplier references. We rebuild the 3D material to match exactly, calibrated to your product's exact scale.
What exactly is PBR?
PBR stands for Physically Based Rendering. It's a lighting calculation technique that simulates how light really interacts with real materials. The result: wood, metal, glass or fabric in 3D behave exactly like their real-world counterparts under any light source.
